With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Gary brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and leadership to every project. Originally from the East Coast, he began his career working in carpentry and various construction trades, learning the craft from the ground up. Over the decades, he progressed into supervisory and management roles, gaining a deep understanding of every phase of the building process.
That foundation ultimately led him to establish his own custom home business, where quality workmanship, integrity, and attention to detail are the cornerstones of his approach. Having worked on countless residential projects, Gary is known for his practical problem-solving, clear communication, and commitment to delivering homes that reflect both craftsmanship and the homeowner’s vision.
He continues to apply decades of knowledge to create custom homes built to last—combining traditional skills with modern building practices. Working with Gary to build your custom home will guarantee a seamless build process with an industry professional that will see your build to completion as if it were his own.
Janay is Northcote’s principal architectural designer specializing in thoughtfully planned, intuitive homes that are well-suited to everyday living. She began her career designing kitchens for spec homes, where she developed a sharp eye for efficient layouts, intuitive workflows, and build-friendly solutions. That foundation naturally evolved into full house design, allowing her to approach every project from the inside out—prioritizing how people actually live in and move through their spaces.
Known for her efficiency, precision, and practical design approach, Janay brings a strong understanding of local permitting processes and community specific residential design guidelines to every project. Her expertise in kitchen and bath design, combined with a deep knowledge of construction standards, results in homes that are both functional and visually cohesive, while moving smoothly from concept to approval.
Tristan is a skilled Drafting Technician with over five years of professional experience, specializing in CAD drafting and graphic design. His expertise is in producing precise, high-quality residential drawings and renderings, with a portfolio that includes the design of hundreds of homes across a range of styles and complexities. He is best known for strong attention to detail, efficient project turnaround, and the ability to translate concepts into clear, buildable plans. In addition, he is also a passionate residential real estate and aerial photographer (Part 107 certified remote pilot). Tristan combines technical drafting expertise with a strong design eye to support designers, builders, and homeowners from concept through construction.
A Marketing and Public Relations student at NAU, Gwen is Northcote’s passionate and detail-oriented Marketing and Administration Manager. Gwen works behind the scenes to keep things organized in the office while also spearheading all aspects of digital marketing at Northcote. Known for her creativity and methodical approach to streamlining company systems, she is dedicated to delivering insightful and thorough information to our clients through our website, social media, and more. Occasionally working in client administration, she uses her PR background to inform excellent customer service.
